Listing policy

Built for discovery. Basic listing checks.

CaribbeanSaaS is a discovery directory for software built in or specifically serving the Caribbean. Before adding a listing, we check its product identity, official web or app-store link, basic purpose, and documented regional connection. These are checks of listing information, not a hands-on product review or certification.

Caribbean connection

A product must have documented Caribbean origin, founders, team, or operations, or serve a specific Caribbean market or workflow. We describe a market connection as such; serving the Caribbean does not mean a product was built here.

Clear public evidence

We need an official web presence and enough public information to describe the product accurately.

What inclusion means

Inclusion helps people discover a product. It is not paid placement, an endorsement, a recommendation, a ranking, or a guarantee of quality or availability.

Product, not provider

A listing must identify a distinct software product. A consultancy or studio qualifies only through a separately named product with product-specific official evidence.

What we do not assess

We do not routinely create accounts, test paid or logged-in features, or audit a product’s security, privacy practices, performance, legal compliance, licensing, financial safeguards, or overall quality. An available public page does not establish that the product works as described.

A beta, preview, or early-access product may be listed with that status clearly stated. Products in payments, health, education, or other sensitive areas follow the same basic listing standard; inclusion does not confirm regulatory approval or suitability for your needs.

We keep entries out when product identity, the official link, or the regional connection is unresolved, or when concrete misleading information or serious concerns prevent an accurate listing. Missing logos or features we cannot access are not, by themselves, reasons to exclude a product.

Catalog records

Every product in the public catalog appears in the CaribbeanSaaS directory. The catalog contains public-safe product information for discovery and does not expose private review notes or internal decisions.
