The service

CaribbeanSaaS is an independently maintained discovery directory operated by Caynetic Ltd. It is not a marketplace, app store, payment platform, ranking service, product reseller, or a substitute for any listed product’s official website.

Listings and basic checks

CaribbeanSaaS helps people discover software built in or specifically serving the Caribbean. We use public sources and submitted information to check a listing’s product identity, official link, basic purpose, and regional connection. A connection to a Caribbean market does not establish Caribbean ownership or build origin.

Directory inclusion is not a hands-on product review, endorsement, recommendation, security assessment, compliance certification, or guarantee of quality, accuracy, performance, or availability. We do not routinely test accounts or paid features, verify every operator claim, or audit a product’s privacy practices, licensing, financial safeguards, or legal compliance. A listing does not confirm regulatory approval.

Descriptions summarize available information and may include claims made by product operators. Features, pricing, availability, and ownership can change. Beta, preview, and early-access products may be included with an appropriate label. Check the official product information and make your own assessment before relying on a service, sharing information, or paying for it. We may correct, update, decline, or remove listings as information changes.

Our public catalog data is available at /data/products.json. It contains the same public-safe product records shown in the directory. Product information, features, pricing, availability, and ownership can change, so review the official product information before relying on a service, sharing information, or paying for it.

Use of the catalog data

You may access the public catalog data for lawful research, discovery, and integration work. Preserve attribution information, do not imply CaribbeanSaaS endorsement, and do not use the data to misrepresent products, companies, or people. Product names, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

External links and third-party services

Product cards and other links may take you to third-party websites. CaribbeanSaaS does not control those sites or their services, content, security, availability, transactions, or privacy practices. Review a product’s official terms and privacy information before using it or making a purchasing decision.

Information and responsibility

The directory and catalog are provided for general information on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caynetic Ltd. makes no warranty that the information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Your use of a third-party product is governed by that provider’s terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, violate applicable law, or use the directory in a way that harms people or misrepresents a listing. Listing suggestions must be accurate. Anyone may suggest a product using public information; do not impersonate its owner or claim authorization you do not have.

Changes and contact
